Job Summary
The Sales Manager is responsible for driving occupancy and revenue growth for the serviced office business by acquiring new clients, maintaining relationships with existing clients, and developing strategic partnerships. The role focuses on selling serviced offices, virtual offices, coworking spaces, and related business services to local and international companies.

Business Development• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve occupancy and revenue targets.

2. Client Relationship Management
• Build and maintain strong relationships with tenants and corporate clients.
• Understand client needs and provide suitable workspace solutions.
• Ensure high customer satisfaction and coordinate with operations teams to resolve issues promptly.
• Maintain regular follow-up with prospects and existing clients.
3. Market Research & Strategy
• Monitor market trends, competitor pricing, and occupancy rates.
• Provide recommendations on pricing, promotions, and sales campaigns.
• Identify new business opportunities and target industries.
4. Reporting & Administration
• Maintain accurate sales pipeline and customer records in the company's systems.
• Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis.
• Coordinate with finance and operations teams regarding contracts, invoicing, and client onboarding.
5. Team Management (if applicable)
• Lead and supervise the sales team.
• Set KPIs and monitor team performance.
