• Develop sales strategies to meet sales targets and profitability assigned by Brand Head.
• Results-focused to KPI.
• Manage and coach a team of sales consultants on whole team sales performance.
• Manage the existing CRM platform to retain customers and seek out new prospective sales.
• Report on sales operations and stock situation through weekly reporting to your supervisor.
• Implement manufacturer's sales standards and processes.
• Manage fleet of Demo bikes and demo ride related activities.
• Maintain a strong focus on the satisfaction of all customers.
• Report on a weekly basis on sales targets and other KPI.
• Any other tasks assigned by your immediate manager.
Yêu cầu
• Minimum Degree qualifications with 3 years of sales management experience in the automotive industry.
• Experience in Motor Industry is a big plus.
• Strong business acumen with a customer-centric personality.
• Proven track record in achieving sales targets.
• Self-driven, highly motivated and results-oriented.
• Proven track record of big bike riding experience.
• Bilingual (Vietnamese - English), proficiency in English communication.
• Strong leadership, conflicts management skills and interpersonal skills.
