Mô tả công việc

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company targets and increase market share.
• Cultivate strong relationships with existing and potential clients in the healthcare industry.
• Identify client needs and tailor laboratory service offerings to meet those needs.
• Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to healthcare providers and institutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and competitor offerings.
• Prepare sales reports and forecasts to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
• Participate in trade shows, meetings, and networking events to promote AsiaLabs and its services.

Yêu cầu

• Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the healthcare or diagnostics sector.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Business, Life Sciences, Healthcare).
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective client engagement.
• Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
• Familiarity with laboratory services or diagnostic products is a plus.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
