Mô tả công việc
Expand and strengthen the B2B customer network, focusing on key industries such as FMCG, Pharmaceuticals, Electronics, and Warehousing
Negotiate and secure contracts with corporate clients (e.g., supermarket chains, manufacturers, and distributors) to drive revenue growth
Provide consulting on B2B logistics solutions, including optimal transportation models, warehousing, and fulfillment services
Coordinate with the operations team to ensure seamless service execution, transparent tracking, and optimized lead times
Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing B2B Sales team, setting clear KPIs and optimizing deal closure rates
Analyze market data, monitor business performance, and propose pricing strategies and promotional campaigns.
Yêu cầu
5+ years of experience in B2B Sales, preferably in Logistics, Forwarding, or SaaS.
Strong network and experience in FMCG, Pharmaceuticals, Electronics, and Warehousing sectors.
Proven ability in
business development, lead generation, and customer pipeline management.
Excellent negotiation, market expansion, and strategic sales skills.
Experience in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment with high sales targets
