• Drive sales growth by identifying and developing new business opportunities across key export markets.
• Manage and grow existing customer accounts, ensuring high levels of satisfaction, repeat business, and commercial success.
• Lead customer communications and serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, resolving issues swiftly and professionally.
• Proactively propose new products, formats, or value-added solutions based on customer needs and category insights.
• Develop and implement strategic account plans and growth targets for each market or customer.
• Work cross-functionally with production, R&D, logistics, and quality teams to ensure timely execution, quality, and service excellence.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and consumer behaviour to inform sales strategy and product positioning.
• Lead pricing negotiations and contract management to ensure commercially sound agreements.
• Deliver accurate sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and regular updates to senior management.
• Represent the company at international trade shows, customer visits, and industry events to promote brand and capabilities.
• Ensure compliance with relevant export regulations, trade policies, and customer standards.
• Champion the voice of the customer internally and continuously identify ways to improve value delivery.
Yêu cầu
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, International Trade, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years' experience in a sales or account management role, preferably in food manufacturing or FMCG, with export focus.
• Proven success in developing business with major supermarkets or retail brands.
• Strong commercial mindset with excellent negotiation and communication skills.
• Fluent in English; Vietnamese proficiency is an advantage.
• Experience managing export documentation and understanding international compliance requirements.
• Self-motivated, strategic, and results-oriented with the ability to work independently.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret sales data and translate insights into action.
• Willingness to travel both domestically and internationally as needed.
