Oversee all aspects of new
business development, including prospecting, presentations, product overviews, needs assessments, proposal development, and contract negotiations.
Support the development of group, event, and meeting packages, including sample itineraries and pricing structures.
Convert prospects into new clients and maintain long-term relationships to generate repeat business and referrals.
Identify market trends and develop strategic and tactical sales recommendations for the Director of Sales.
Pursue new business opportunities through online booking channels and revenue management initiatives.
Maintain strong working relationships with key wholesalers and strategic partners.
Collaborate with clients and group representatives to plan and coordinate program details.
Prepare and submit monthly sales activity and performance reports.
Recommend and implement incentive programs across departments to reduce costs or increase revenue in alignment with company budget guidelines.
Contribute to the recruitment, training, and performance evaluation of sales team members; ensure delivery of first-class service with exceptional professionalism while fostering a culture of accountability.
Recommend staffing actions within assigned areas, including hiring, promotion, demotion, leave approvals, and staff separation as required.

Two - Four years working experience in hospitality is required.
At least one One year of management experience.
Department-specific experience of one year is preferred.
Bachelor's degree is required and Higher Education is preferred.
