PURPOSE OF RECRUITMENT
Due to the reorganization of the Sales Dept of Vitalify Asia, we are recruiting a
Sales Executive to work under a new Japanese
Sales Manager.
JOB DESCRIPTION
Tasks & Responsibilities will be adjusted based on your skills and experience.
*General Responsibilities:
- Set your KPI and action plan in alignment with the company's goals, strategy, and tactics.
- Continuously review your plan and conduct internal reviews and approvals as needed.
- Regularly report your progress and consult with the Sales Manager.
- Continuously improve work efficiency and productivity through process optimization and KAIZEN.
*As a Sales Account Manager:
- Maintain strong sales communication to build long-term client relationships.
- Take responsibility for the sales performance, contract terms, and profit/loss of assigned projects.
- Manage monthly sales figures for assigned projects.
- Analyze project profitability and implement action plans to maintain and improve performance.
- Lead the preparation of proposal documents in collaboration with the development team.
- Present proposals to clients and negotiate project terms.
- Adjust contract conditions with clients as necessary.
- Consistently develop action plans for the projects under your management.
- Coordinate with Sales Admin to generate the contract, payment request, and invoice.
*As a Marketing Executive (Optional)
*Note: The following responsibilities are not mandatory for all team members. They may be assigned based on individual skills, experience, or interest. A separate marketing team is being established to handle core marketing activities.
- Generate qualified leads through digital campaigns, social media, SEO, events, and other channels.
- Develop and manage lead acquisition to increase brand reach and potential clients.
- Manage social media platforms and increase digital engagement.
- Coordinate with designers to create/ update promotional content and Sales documents.
- Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics and adjust strategies as needed.
- Organize Sales events, product launches, and promotional activities.
