Job Summary
We are seeking a young, dynamic Sales Supervisor to drive business growth for the FootJoy brand in Northern Vietnam.
This is a key role responsible for managing sales performance, expanding distribution channels, and building strong relationships with customers in the premium golf segment.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage and develop a network of distributors, retailers, and golf/pro shops in Northern Vietnam
• Achieve assigned sales targets and drive revenue growth
• Execute product launches, in-store activations, and seasonal sales campaigns
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners
• Coordinate with Marketing, Admin, and Warehouse teams to ensure smooth operations
• Monitor sales performance, inventory, and market trends
• Identify new business opportunities and expand distribution channels
• Ensure accurate order processing and minimize operational issues
Yêu cầu
Job Requirements
Must-have
• 2-4 years of experience in Sales (preferably in retail, footwear, apparel, or sporting goods)
• Strong sales, negotiation, and relationship management skills
• Experience in handling distributors or retail channels
• Proactive, result-oriented, and able to work independently
Nice-to-have
• Experience or network in golf/sporting goods industry is a strong advantage
• Good communication and presentation skills
• English communication skills (preferred)
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Familiarity with business software (MISA is a plus)
• Female preferred
Compensation & Benefits
Income
• Base salary: 15,000,000 - 25,000,000 VND/month (On-target earnings up to 30-40M+)
• Performance bonus & year-end bonus: Unlimited
