1. Job summary
• Responsible for maintaining timely and effective operation support to a sales team, unit, or department; but is not limited to all aspects related to regular works so that sales team have more time for field works and develop new business.

2. Key Activities/ Tasks (list down in details)
1. Support opening new Customer account & managing Documents. Such as: Contract & Display minute agreement (30%):
- Received request from Sales Team, checking information & transfer to finance to open new Customers account
- Preparing Contract, Annex & related documents
- Consolidate & manage documents to ensure accuracy
2. System support (30%):
- Support sales team connect with IT Team to solve the issue.
- Maintain the Users functions for each roles to be accurate.
- Support fixing some errors on salestool
3. Setting tablet for sales Team & managing User account, Asset (5%):
- Request creating new Users to IT Team, following & inform to sales Team
- Setting tablet & send to sales Team
- Manage the asset of sales Team
4. Simulate & Settle programs (25%):
- Simulate & settle the result of Display, Sell out programs
- Checking & storage Display, Sell out documents
- Support checking in any issue cases
5. Payment support (5%):
- Support Sales Team in advance BizTrip & settlement
- Other payment request related to sales Team
6. Adhoc (5%):
- Manage POSM, Uniform, stationery. Send to sales Team.
- Support managers in any Sales Reports
- Adhocs task
