KDDI Vietnam is the Vietnam branch of KDDI, the second largest telecommunications company in Japan, and aims to contribute to industrial development in Vietnam through the development of telecommunications and IT infrastructure for private companies and support for public projects.
KDDI Vietnam has more than 20 years of business history in Vietnam and has extensive experience in supporting Japanese companies mainly in the industrial sector.
Most of our clients are Japanese companies, but we also have clients from Korea and other nationalities, Vietnamese domestic companies, and the government. And we have branch offices in various countries in Southeast Asia, and we utilize these networks to support our clients' global expansion.

Job Description
• Support the Sales Department in preparing quotations upon request for projects in the Information Technology (IT) field.
• Evaluate and select suitable suppliers, ensuring compliance with criteria such as price, quality, and delivery time.
• Negotiate with suppliers (from the existing supplier list or by sourcing new ones) to obtain competitive pricing for goods and services.
• Prepare and update quotations and project costs in the internal system as requested by the Sales Department / Technical Department.
• Coordinate with related departments to resolve any issues arising during the procurement process.
• Maintain and develop long-term cooperative relationships with suppliers and partners.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by the Manager.
Yêu cầu
At least 2 years of experience in sales support or procurement, especially in IT industry.
Preference will be given to candidates with experience working in a Japanese company.
Knowledge and/or experience in sales support within the IT industry is an advantage.
Careful, responsible, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
Able to work in a dynamic environment.
Good command of English for work purposes.
Proactive, willing to learn, and highly disciplined.
