I. GENERAL INFORMATION
Position: Sales Team Leader - Danang Nobu Project

Reports to: Deputy Head of Sales
Working Location: Da Nang
II. JOB PURPOSE
VCRE is looking for a Sales Team Leader - Danang Nobu Project to join the Sales Department in order to enhance operational efficiency and improve the company's sales performance.
III. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Internal Responsibilities
- Responsible for developing self-generated sales and taking care of VCRE leads.
- Provide full, accurate, and professional consultation to customers regarding product information, transaction methods, and payment policies; answer customer inquiries; introduce and guide customers through the Sales Gallery; present product benefits; understand customer needs; review terms and prepare sale and purchase agreements.
- Coordinate with the Marketing Department in contributing ideas for events, tracking and updating promotional campaigns to promptly inform customers.
2. External Responsibilities
- Responsible for taking care of agency networks; supporting project training and consultation.
- Support agencies in receiving customers and closing deals.
- Support agencies in signing Deposit / SPA / ALC agreements and inviting customers to events. Follow up on payment procedures or refunds for agency customers.
- Actively interact, promote, and reasonably support agency sales activities for the company's projects.
IV. JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Fluent English communication is mandatory due to frequent interaction with foreign clients.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales agency management or equivalent experience (must have experience working for real estate companies/
developers).
- Strong planning, time management, and work organization skills.
- Ability to work under high pressure; confident and professional attitude.
