Summary of the role:
Coordination sample request of factory & Jazwares team To solve the sample request from factory & Jazwares team How to Parcel the sample to save the freight
Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Follow all samples status for all factories
2. Coordination US & INtl sample team ship out sample to customer
3. Request factory send the sample to DG office or shipment to US warehouse
4. Assist factory solve the sample issue & make sure sample delivery on time
5. Update SEI system status/ Update sample google doc (US & Intl team)
6. Provide the Invoice to HK office for ship out sample to US team
7. Update Recap order report every week. (Intl & US (FOB/ GMBH/ UK)
8. Parcel the sample together shipment for save the freight.
Yêu cầu
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, and Other Characteristics (KSAO's)
1. Good English as request
2. Expertly computer for office soft
3. Be good at communication
Education Requirements: High School Diploma/GED
Experience Requirements: 0-3 years of experience
