Purpose of this position:
This position is responsible to coordinate any assigned project aspects to accomplish project objectives to maintain client's satisfaction and manage junior level team members within project.
Main Activities
1. Search & develop potential customers
- Identify key/ potential industries, products, and services to approach customers
- Plan, organize and manage the activities to attract potential customers
- Research new/ potential customer's profile, liaise, approach them, especially oversea ones to introduce company services and set meeting or send info to those in charge
2. Approach customers
- Approach client , introduce with client about Daiko, cooperate with Solution Div to show company's strengths, capture and understanding client...
Discuss and identify their advertising requirements
3. Analyze & Propose solutions to customers/ campaign/ project
- Manage the project (budget, content, timeline) with client and internal departments.
- Coordinate with related teams and combine suggested proposals such as: ideas concept, MKT plan, ATL- BLT plan, budget allocation, etc. to become a final version to submit customers
- Discuss, analyse proposal from other departments
- Present & edit proposals
- Contact suppliers to get best price/ appropriate service
4. Manage Service contract
- Compose, negotiate, clarify the Service contract (contract is then reviewed by Legal, Accounting)
- Project acceptance & Request to issue invoices
5. Prepare for project implementation
- Transfer project's requirements to related teams.
- Do project's implement plan
6. Implement on-going projects
- Manage & execute projects
- Review final's products
- Connect clients & internal teams to control quality of projects
7. Control quality & efficient of projects
- Set & ensure project's results
- Analyze the effectiveness of the project
- Collect, combine info and present Project's report
8. Customer services
- Develop customer relationship and improve service quatity
9. Manage documents
- Manage projects' documents
Yêu cầu
- Influencer's insight, knowledge of Influencer Marketing and Communications.
- Having 2-3 years of working experience in Advertising Agency.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in both Vietnamese and English.
- Strong team player with positive interpersonal skills and a client-centric mindset.
- Excellent organizational, multitasking, and time management abilities.
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing/
Digital Marketing/ Communications or related fields.
