JOB DESCRIPTION
Meet and communicate with clients to fully understand project requirements and business objectives.
Accurately convey project requirements to internal teams, team leaders, and external vendors. Ensure final deliverables meet the approved brief and client expectations.
Prepare quotations, negotiate terms, finalize contracts, and report work progress directly to the Manager or Director for approval.
Communicate with clients regularly throughout the project lifecycle, monitor project execution, resolve any issues that arise, and ensure timely project completion.
Track project deadlines and coordinate with the Administration team to ensure all required documents and invoices are submitted on time, while following up on client payments.
Collaborate with the
Account Manager to prepare proposals and participate in pitching for new projects.
Work closely with the Art Director to present the company's concepts and artwork to clients.
Maintain and develop strong relationships with clients and company partners/vendors.
REQUIREMENTS
Minimum 3 years of experience as a Senior Digital
Account Executive within a Creative Agency environment.
Strong knowledge and practical experience in
Digital Marketing and Branding.
Preference will be given to candidates with experience managing TikTok livestream campaigns and e-commerce projects, analyzing performance marketing metrics, and booking KOCs (Key Opinion Consumers).
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, International Relations, or a related field is preferred.
Strong communication skills, with the ability to read, write, and correspond professionally with clients in both Vietnamese and English.
Professional and responsible working attitude.
Excellent persuasion and negotiation skills.
Strong time management and organizational abilities.
Leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.
Willingness to work extended hours when necessary and perform well under pressure.
Patient, attentive, positive-minded, and capable of identifying, handling, and resolving issues efficiently within tight deadlines.

Salary: VND 13,000,000 - 15,000,000 per month.
Incentive: Performance-based bonus calculated as a percentage of project profits.
