Senior Account Executive

• Objectives: Lead and execute PR campaigns, positively nourish & manage media relations, create high-impact PR tactics to drive brand & client objectives.
DAILY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Client service & development:
Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring smooth communication and understanding of project requirements.
Support in client meetings, preparing agendas, taking notes, and following up on action
items.
Maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their requirements & expectations
are well met.
Assist in identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities to expand client engagements.
2. Strategy & Media Relations:
Develop and execute PR strategies and tactics that align with campaign/client objectives.
Sustainability maintain and expand relationships with journalists, editors, media houses, and influencers for long-term goals.
Write and distribute press releases, media pitches, thought leadership articles, and
opinion pieces.
Secure earned media placements and monitor press coverage.
Support in crisis communication planning and media response management.
3. Project Management & Execution:
Work closely with internal teams (other PR team, Digital, Creative, Planning) to ensure
timely & high-quality project delivery.
Develop and manage project timelines, deliverables, and budget tracking.
Coordinate with vendors, media, influencers, and third-party partners for campaign execution.
Monitor project performance and troubleshoot issues proactively to keep projects on track.
4. Proposal & Reporting Support
Gather market research, industry trends, and competitor analysis to support strategic recommendations.
Join brainstorming sessions to contribute PR ideas and food for thought for proposal development.
Assist in the development of campaign proposals, presentations, and strategic documents in pitching new projects/clients
Prepare monthly reports and campaign performance analysis for clients.
5. Financial & Payment Coordination
Support invoice issuance and payment tracking, ensuring timely client payments.
Collaborate with finance and vendor teams to manage budgets and payments for suppliers.
REQUIREMENTS
6. Core Skills & Competencies
3-5 years of experience in PR, social media, or Communications.
Strong network with media contacts, journalists, and influencers.
Excellent writing skills - ability to craft press releases, thought leadership content, and social media copy.
In-depth understanding of social media trends, digital PR, and influencer marketing.
Proficiency in PR tools (Cision, Meltwater, Brandwatch for example) & social media analytics tools.
7. Mindset & Work Approach
Proactive and adaptable, capable of managing multiple clients & campaigns.
Strong presentation and communication skills (both in Vietnamese & English), with confidence in client interactions.
Strategic and data-driven approach to PR & social media planning.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams.
