Job Description
Our client is a foreign-invested company, now looking for Senior Airfreight Operations Executive ($1000, ID18135)
Coordinate space arrangement and capacity procurement with carriers and co-load partners.
Handle issuance of MAWB, FWB/FHL data transmission, and maintain accurate records in internal systems.
Manage reservations, ensuring all bookings are properly documented and compliant.
Provide prompt solutions and feedback to overseas offices, sales teams, and customers regarding shipment issues, cargo shortages, damages, or claims.
Ensure accurate and timely file closing and reporting across internal systems.
Collaborate with internal teams to deliver operational efficiency, excellent customer service, and proactive problem-solving.
Perform additional tasks as assigned by management.
Requirement
Bachelor's degree or equivalent diploma.
Minimum 2-3 years of experience in the airfreight industry (Airline, GSA, or Freight Forwarding).
Strong knowledge of air cargo reservations, handling, and documentation processes.
Fluency in English (both written and spoken) is required.
Proficiency in airfreight documentation, airline/forwarding systems, and regulatory requirements.
Strong customer service, communication, and conflict resolution skills.
Ability to work independently and under pressure, with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
A proactive, professional, and team-oriented mindset.
