Job Description
Develop and implement effective sales strategies and plans that are tailored to the needs of our target customers and products/services.
Continuously improve the sales process to increase efficiency and effectiveness, and ensure that revenue targets are met.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop marketing campaigns and promotional materials
Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to promote the company's products and services
Identify client needs and suggest appropriate solutions, sponsorship package and proposals
Deliver presentations to clients to showcase the company's products and services
Negotiate and close deals with clients to meet or exceed sales targets
Prepare reports and forecasts to track sales performance and identify areas for improvement
Organize and execute assigned business projects on behalf of clients
Keep up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and best practices
Build and maintain relationships with existing and prospective clients
Build and manage a team of Business Development that can meet the organization's business goals.
Report weekly/monthly/quarterly results
Requirement
Have at least 2-3 years of working experience in Business/Partnership Development/ External Relations or similar roles in the education industry.
Hands-on experience with multiple sales techniques, delivering engaging presentations
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, negotiation skills, and networking skills
Hands-on experience of working & building relationships with multiple partners
Strong commercial sense, with proven ability to achieve outcomes
Project management experience
