1. Enterprise, SMB & Outsourcing Sales Execution
• Own and close deals across priority segments: enterprise software teams, growing SMBs, dev agencies, and outsourcing companies
• Drive discovery, demos, solution proposals, and follow-ups
• Maintain a pipeline of qualified leads via outbound, inbound, and partner channels
2. Proposal & Solution Development
• Prepare and tailor compelling sales proposals for different customer segments: enterprises, SMBs, and outsourcing partners
• Collaborate with product and technical teams to craft solution-oriented proposals showcasing Luna's platform value (AI-powered automation, token-based pricing, integration readiness)
• Translate client needs into clear, customized documentation that aligns with their internal buying process (RFPs, pilot programs, procurement requirements)
• Emphasize ROI, time-to-market advantages, and technical scalability to position Luna as the preferred solution
3. Pipeline, Forecasting & CRM Management
• Maintain accurate CRM tracking and forecasting
• Report weekly on funnel metrics, conversion rates, and pipeline velocity
• Collaborate with founders and marketing on sales enablement materials and lead quality
4. Product Feedback & Customer Success
• Provide insights from customer calls to refine pitch, features, and GTM strategy
• Help define onboarding needs and success KPIs
• Work with technical teams to ensure smooth handoffs for custom enterprise deals
Yêu cầu
• 3-5 years of B2B SaaS or tech sales experience (preferably in AI, dev tools, or platforms)
• Proven record of hitting or exceeding sales targets
• Strong written and verbal communication in English
• Comfortable selling to both technical (CTOs, devs) and business buyers (founders, ops)
• Familiarity with CRM tools, outbound prospecting, and virtual demoing
