JOB DESCRIPTIONS
Assist CFO/ CEO /Board in developing and executing investment model by channel/region/SKU, complete annual budget and monthly rolling forecast for Sale & Margin by channel/region/SKU
Compile and manage P&L by channel, by SKU, by Region, performance dashboard, reports, slide packs for performance reviews KPIs.
Organize Monthly meeting review of Channel/Region/Top SKU
Partner with Sales for Pricing strategy to ensure meet KPIs as scheduled
Partner with Sales & Sourcing in preparing business case for New product/Service projects
Define trade terms and partner with sale for the trade terms negotiation with customers of Services.
Review Marketing spending by channel/SKU and give recommendation for optimization
Coordinating with all concern departments due to commercial portion and reviewing all Service contracts.
Perform other tasks assigned by the CFO.
Coordinate with Sales & Accounting team in resolving related processes (early payment discount, etc.)
Manage AR, AP and Inventory account and provide rolling forecast
Support to launch ERP - Financing Module
Train and develop his team members and insure appropriate information cascading.

SKILL AND EXPERIENCE
Experience: 4-5 years' experience in Finance Analysis, Finance Business Partner, Commercial Finance and relevant hands-on experience in Finance
Reporting and Analysis Skill
Business partnering & stakeholder management Skill
Business planning & performance management Skill
Financial controls and risk management Skill
Outstanding interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate with stakeholders across functions
ERP knowledge is big plus
Education: Bachelor's Degree in Finance/Accounting/Economics
Attitude: Excellent communication, emotional stability, can-do attitude, teamwork, integrity, intellectual curiosity
