Mô tả công việc
· Perform front desk duties, including greeting patients, answering phone calls, managing appointment schedules, and sending appointment reminders.
· Provide information and consultation regarding the clinic's services to patients.
· Maintain and update patient records and contact information accurately and promptly.
· Follow up on patients' treatment plans.
· Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints.
· Monitor invoices, verify cash transactions, prepare transaction records, and prepare daily/monthly reports as required by the Finance Department.
· Monitor and evaluate customer service quality.
· Prepare insurance reimbursement documentation when required.
Perform other duties assigned by the Operations Manager and the Board of Directors
Yêu cầu
· Proficient in all four language skills (listening, speaking, reading, and writing) or Japanese.
· Minimum of 3 years of customer service experience.
· Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, restaurant, or dental clinic environments is preferred.
· Female candidates aged between 25 and 40 years old.
Pleasant appearance, energetic, positive attitude, and willingness to learn.
