Coordinate & Oversee Logistics Operations
Work with customers to understand logistics requirements and allocate suitable transportation resources.
Arrange and coordinate logistics solutions through vendors and in-house resources to ensure smooth operations and profitability targets.
Coordinate with customers, vendors, and drivers to ensure timely and efficient deliveries.
Track shipment progress and coordinate delivery execution accordingly.
Troubleshoot and resolve operational issues during the delivery process.
Ensure drivers comply with customer requirements and Ninja Van SOPs.
Delivery Documentation Management
Understand customer documentation requirements and delivery SOPs.
Ensure drivers collect and return all required delivery documents.
Coordinate and ensure the timely return of documents to customers in accordance with their SOPs.
Reporting
Maintain and update shipment tracking records on a daily basis.
Maintain and update vendor profiles regularly.
Monitor, track, and report operational issues and follow up on resolution actions.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.
Yêu cầu
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related fields.
Minimum 3 years of experience in Logistics Coordination, Transportation, Supply Chain, or Project Management.
Experience in Logistics or E-commerce industries is preferred.
Strong coordination, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
