Work Location: Long Thanh IZ, Dong Nai
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Coordination, monitoring and improving process in terms of safety, quality, delivery and cost, efficiency manage production layout
- Maintain standard of process or improve the standard or define, create new one
- Responsible for production planning, capacity and output, investment, ordering and release machine, process, optimize current value stream mapping and build up VSD
- Apply TPM (Autonomous maintenance and Preventive maintenance) for machine
SPECIFIC TASKS
- Responsible to check, monitor product quality of all processes and take the lead in quality problem solving activities
- Initiate Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) control, monitor and improvement, connect all processes to optimize production capacity
- Responsible for Shop floor Management Cycle (SMC) to achieve Key Performance Indicator (KPI) of production
- Monitor and improve autonomous maintenance (AM) and involvement in preventive maintenance (PM)
- Responsible and monitor Continuous Process Improvements (CIP) to achieve cost, quality and volume target
- Responsible release of new line, product, initial sample run (ISR), quality gate review (QGR)
- Apply LEAN concept follow Bosch Production System principle, control Value Stream Map
Yêu cầu
- Bachelor's Degree in Industrial & System Engineering/ Industrial Management/ Industrial Engineering
- A minimum of 2-year experience in an industrial manufacturing plant, priority Industrial Engineer
- Good command of English
- Results / Cost Orientation
- Project / Task Management
- Reporting (commercial, technical, quality, safety)
- Process management (e.g. applying PDCA, KPI, etc.)
- Problem analysis and problem solving (e.g. 8D)
- Good understanding of Lean production systems
- Hardware/Software skills: Mircosoft Office (advance Excel, VBA, Access tool are preferred), AutoCAD
- Cooperation(openness, ability to integrate and work in team)
