* Key Responsibilities

- Lead all import and export operations, including customs clearance, shipping arrangements, and trade compliance.
全面负责进出口业务,包括清关、运输安排和贸易合规。
- Develop and improve logistics strategies, SOPs, and workflows across Vietnam.
制定并优化全国范围内的物流策略、标准流程和操作规范。
- Manage relationships with freight forwarders, shipping companies, customs brokers, and suppliers.
管理与货代、船运公司、报关行及供应商的合作关系。
- Control logistics costs through negotiation, supplier evaluation, and process optimization.
通过谈判、供应商评估及流程优化来控制物流成本。
- Resolve complex logistics issues, shipment delays, or customs challenges with professionalism.
专业处理复杂物流问题、运输延误或清关难题。
- Work closely with procurement, sales, and finance to ensure logistics supports business needs.
与采购、销售和财务等部门紧密合作,使物流运营符合业务需求。
- Train, manage, and evaluate logistics staff; lead the team toward higher performance and accountability.
