Marketing Strategy & Campaigns
• Assist in developing and executing marketing strategies and campaigns
• Support brand activations, product launches, and promotional initiatives
• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure campaigns are executed in a timely manner
• Monitor campaign performance and provide insights for optimisation
• Develop campaign timelines and ensure all marketing initiatives progress according to approved plans
• Track milestones and proactively follow up with stakeholders to ensure deadlines are met
• Provide regular progress updates and campaign status reports to management
Events & Activations
• Plan, coordinate, and execute marketing events and activations
• Manage logistics, timelines, budgets, and on-site execution
• Develop detailed event timelines and ensure all deliverables are met
• Coordinate vendors, venues, partners, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth execution
• Track outcomes and provide post-event analysis and reports
• Provide post-event performance review and recommendations for improvement
Marketing Operations & Administration
• Maintain marketing calendars, asset libraries, and contact databases
• Support social media coordination, email campaigns, and content scheduling
• Prepare marketing materials, presentations, and reports for campaigns
• Ensure deadlines and deliverables are met across multiple projects
• Maintain structured documentation of campaign workflows and processes
Project Management & Coordination
• Lead or support cross-functional marketing projects ensuring smooth execution
• Coordinate with agencies, vendors, and internal teams to manage campaign workflows
• Develop and manage detailed project timelines, task trackers, and progress reports
• Ensure campaigns and projects move according to plan, identifying risks and resolving issues proactively
• Identify potential bottlenecks and propose solutions to keep projects on track
• Provide regular updates to management on project progress, risks, and performance
Yêu cầu
● Minimum 3 - 5 years of marketing experience, preferably in an agency or
brand marketing role
● Strong understanding of marketing principles, campaign execution, and brand management
● Experience in events and activations is a plus
● Highly organized with strong project management skills
● Creative thinker with an eye for detail
● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
● Comfortable managing multiple tasks and campaigns simultaneously
● Familiarity with marketing tools and analytics is an advantage
● Advanced English skills as this position will report directly to an expat manager (require candidate with IELTS from 6.5+ or similar)
