Job Purpose
Senior Marketing executive is responsible for executing effective corporate communication, internal
engagement, and marketing. This role ensures consistent messaging across all channels, manages PR events, and helps shape a positive company image both internally and externally.
Job Duties and Responsibilities
Develop and implement comprehensive
digital marketing plans to generate inbound demand for the company's products, utilizing tools such as SEO, online advertising, social media platforms,
YouTube, and Facebook.
Conduct market research to understand consumer requirements, habits, preferences, and emerging trends to support strategic decision-making.
Support both inbound and outbound marketing initiatives, including but not limited to content
creation and optimization, advertising campaigns, event coordination, and promotional activities.
Plan and execute creative and targeted lead generation strategies across digital and offline
channels
Analyze the performance of digital marketing activities using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager), and deliver actionable insights and performance reports to the marketing team.
Generate innovative ideas for marketing campaigns and assist in developing engaging content for various platforms (blogs, email, social media, website, etc.).
Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to execute marketing events, promotional
campaigns, and brand-building activities.
Manage communication with third-party vendors and service providers to ensure timely and effective delivery of marketing initiatives.
Plan and carry out brand awareness and customer engagement efforts through appropriate
marketing channels including social media, email marketing, and online ads
Track and analyze key marketing metrics such as campaign performance, conversion rates, traffic sources, and return on investment (ROI) to continuously optimize marketing strategies.
Perform individual marketing tasks and administrative duties as assigned by the
Marketing Manager or Supervisor to support overall departmental goals.
