1. Act as secretaries of the Approval Boards
- Finalize the meeting minutes/resolutions for signing by the members on time.
- Act as the focal point to monitor, summarize and periodically report on the progress of implementation and implementation of the contents of the Resolutions/Meeting minutes of the Councils at the request of the Chairman/Chairman of the Credit Council.
- Perform other duties and powers delegated by the Council and/or the Chairman.
2. Coordination of operational process improvement departments for approval activities
- Activities of Credit Council, Debt Settlement Council, Debt trading, risk handling, early warning
- Report on the current situation and propose to improve the approval process and approval conditions for the Credit Council segment; Council of debt settlement, risk handling, debt trading, early warning

3. Organize the supervision of the credit council operation process and file classification
- Making report on CGPD productivity, credit activity activities.
- Supervise the streamlining of credit files from the branch to the risk management department and from the appraisal/re-appraisal department to experts/approvals in accordance with the bank's regulations on threading and approval.
- Supervise the operation of Credit Council meetings. Identify and manage risks of the unit during operation, coordinate with related units to come up with methods of measuring and minimizing risks.

4. The focal point to interact with internal and external departments on credit process issues as the approval operator and committees (Credit contract, Debt settlement agreement, settlement contract). risk management, debt trading contract, early warning contract)
- Update changes in products and policies. Timely communication to internal team during operation.
- Interact with external departments on issues related to adjustment, building credit process
- Summarize problems in the process of implementing the feedback process, coordinate handling with relevant departments
- Participate in the implementation of projects related to the credit process

- Graduated from university with majors related to economics/finance/banking
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the banking sector
- Understanding TCB system: Understanding TCB's organization, core values, goals and strategies

- Understanding of regulations/operating processes in the unit: credit process
- Minimum TOEIC 550 (Band 6) or equivalent
