Mô tả công việc
1. Ensure the legal advice required by the units in the system, under the direction of the department's leader is done quickly, accurately and in compliance with the law and the Company

3. Ensure the implementation of activities to support the sale of collateral in accordance with the Company's internal processes and guidelines and legal regulations.
1. Function 1
- Independently evaluate, consult and control the assigned work/section of work.
- Support the Head of Department in formulating and implementing work in the Unit/Department according to the objectives of the work and responsibilities of the Department/Center on the basis of compliance, application, application of laws, handling situations, provide the most appropriate legal solution at work
2. Function 2: Legal advice
- Carrying out legal consulting work at the request of the board of directors/units to ensure: (i) compliance with legal regulations, internal regulations of the company (ii) effective quality of consulting activities best and according to SLA.
3. Function 3: Formulating policies, regulations, processes, guidelines, other documents
- Review and develop a plan to issue/edit the Company's documents periodically or under the direction of the General Director
- Develop/edit policies and documents according to the plan approved by the competent authority or under the direction of the General Director, ensuring compliance with legal regulations and current documents of the Company. ;
- Consulting, explaining, guiding the application / explanation for the company units
- Receive comments/suggestions from the unit to the content of the document to propose the competent authority to amend/change (if necessary).
4. Implement activities to support the sale of collateral according to internal procedures and instructions of TCB AMC.
5 Other responsibilities:

Degree/Professional: University graduate or higher, majoring in Law, Finance, Banking
Experience: 5 years of experience in the legal field of debt settlement or finance and banking.
According to Company's regulations from time to time
Expertise:
- Understanding of the legal system of Vietnam, especially the provisions of civil law, commercial business,
finance and banking, legal regulations on civil procedure, criminal law provisions. , legal regulations on criminal
procedures, legal provisions related to judgment enforcement activities...
- Understanding of regulations/operating procedures in debt settlement.
