Description

Manage daily collaborations across multiple functional teams to ensure the smooth operation of launching mini app or updating mini app and maintain the quality standards of all mini apps.
Execution of assigned to be precise and abided with the company's policy, checklist procedures and performance standards. Give the decisions needed in a timely manner if any mini app fails to reach the minimum standards.
Be the key manager between production teams and operational teams, to keep operations running with highest quality and latest updated knowledge, whilst gathering feedback and insights from operational experiences to make suggestions to product and process improvements.
Have an overall insight of the whole process each mini app development has to go through, while keeping a keen eye on details of each procedure, to continuously heighten the quality standards of services offered by MoMo.
Make regular reports regarding the mini app as a product suite, using a big pool of data information, to give visualized performance measurements, vivid insights for mini app developers approaching means, and services improvements tracking.
Analyze Mini Apps' performance data and customers' feedback to measure product's effectiveness and make necessary adjustments.

Requirement

University degree majoring in Economics, Marketing, Business, IT, STEMs, Social Sciences etc.
MUST HAVE: Good understanding of software development (especially mobile app) process.
3 years' experience in Administration, Operations, QA or QC management with comprehensive understanding of business activities.
Experienced in managing large teams combined of different roles, or small teams of different functions.
Fintech, E-Commerce, or IT Industry is preferable.
Great interpersonal skills to be able to work together with multiple functional teams, as well as conducting good collaboration relationships between them.
Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation skills.
Able to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to adapt to new challenges in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Ability to prioritize deliverables and meet demanding deadlines.
Able to work well with other team members and departments.
