Senior or Operation Team Lead

Main Role:
We are looking for qualified team leader to manage our team and provide effective guidance. The person should hold a strong set of fundamental business skills - business acumen, analytical ability, strong communication and people management - with a keen curiosity, flexibility, and desire to work in a highly dynamic environment.
This role will be key person of our operation team. You will be reporting to Operation Manager and supervising around 15-member-team who are involved in both customer services & operational works. The operation team divided into 3 main verticals: daily operational management, Risk management & Project management. This role will lead through all 3 verticals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop Operation team: Maintain an inspiring team environment with an open communication culture. Supervising a number of operational staffs who works in both working hours and night shift, supporting them in arrange their workload, set clear team goals, monitor team performance and report on metrics. Support manager to motivate team member, training and organizing team building activities.
- Improve Operation Processes: Identify operational and structural weaknesses and help improve existing or develop new processes to keep company operation smooth and efficient.
- Implement Operation procedures, KPI & headcounts: support operation manager to ensure an organized, efficient and high team-work spirit.
