Role Description The Senior Performance Advertising Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. This role is responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing performance advertising campaigns across digital channels to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and revenue. Day-to-day tasks include analyzing campaign data, managing budgets and bids, developing targeting strategies, and coordinating with marketing and sales teams to align campaigns with business objectives.

Executive will monitor key performance indicators, prepare regular reports, and recommend improvements to maximize return on ad spend. The role also involves staying current with industry trends, testing new advertising formats and platforms, and mentoring team members on performance marketing best practices.

Strong analytical skills, including the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
Effective communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams, present findings, and influence stakeholders.
Marketing skills with experience in digital and performance advertising, campaign management, and brand alignment.
Customer service skills to understand audience needs, improve user experiences, and support customer-centric campaigns.
Sales-oriented skills to connect advertising strategies with revenue goals, lead generation, and conversion optimization.
Proficiency in advertising and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Ads, Google Analytics or similar tools).
Ability to work on-site in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, and collaborate in a fast-paced environment.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field; advanced certifications in digital advertising are an advantage.
Several years of experience in performance advertising or digital marketing, preferably in a senior or lead role.
