• Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies to attract top talent.
• Conduct interviews and coordinate the selection process in collaboration with department heads.

• Assist in developing policies that enhance employee retention and satisfaction.
Yêu cầu
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment and training.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of recruitment platforms and applicant tracking systems.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated ability to design and deliver effective training programs.
• Proficient in using MS Office Suite and HR management software.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
