ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Senior Restaurant Manager (SRM), you will oversee the operational performance of multiple Ippudo stores while developing Restaurant Managers into confident and independent leaders.

- Strong QSC and brand compliance.
- Restaurant Managers becoming increasingly independent and capable leaders.
- Successful new store openings and a strong internal leadership pipeline.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Oversee multi-store operations, ensuring consistent Quality, Service & Cleanliness (QSC) and brand standards.
- Monitor and improve revenue, KPI, COL and COGS performance across assigned stores.
- Coach and develop Restaurant Managers through structured feedback, guidance and performance reviews.
- Identify operational gaps and drive improvement across stores by sharing best practices.
- Support new store openings, including RM training, onboarding and operational readiness.
- Follow up on QA audits and ensure corrective actions are effectively implemented.
- Build a strong leadership pipeline by identifying and developing future restaurant leaders.
- Report operational and business performance to the Head of Ippudo Business.
REQUIREMENTS
- 5+ years of experience in F&B or restaurant operations.
- Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or equivalent leadership role.
- Experience managing large teams and/or multiple stores is highly preferred.
- Strong capabilities in people development, coaching and leadership.
- Good understanding of restaurant operations, QSC, KPI, revenue and cost management.
- Strong communication, problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Experience in Japanese restaurants or ramen brands is a strong plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business Administration or a related field is preferred.
