1. Account Management - Dien May Xanh
- Achieve Monthly/Quarterly/Yearly Sell-in/out Target with Forecast Accuracy.
- High cooperation and close relationship with business partner.
- Solving current and arising issues related to in-charge account.
2. Sales Operation Management
- Prepare accurate monthly PSI (Purchase, Sales, Inventory) forecasts for TV and Soundbar categories.
- Initiate, implement, and report on marketing activities tailored to DMX.
- Track and ensure 100% sales progress, with root cause analysis and corrective action planning.
3. Market Intelligence
- Collect and report weekly market data including competitor activities, pricing, product models, and sell-out performance.
- Monitor partner operations such as pricing, product display, inventory levels, and store openings/closings.
4. Internal Collaboration & Company Operations
- Support the operation of the Sales Section, Department, and Division as needed.
- Foster cooperative relationships with cross-functional teams to drive business performance.
- Regular meeting: Forecast monthly/ Sales progress monthly/ CI planning and review monthly / Sales & Mktg weekly / PG weekly, and other required meetings.
Yêu cầu
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Trade, or a related field.
- Proficient in business-level English communication.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook), Internet research, and SAP systems.
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in key account management or sales execution. Previous experience managing the DMX account is a strong advantage.
- Solid knowledge in Marketing, Sales, Consumer Electronics, Market Analysis, and Supply Chain.
- Strong ability to analyze market trends, forecast sales, and create actionable sales plans.
- Self-driven, proactive, results-oriented, and willing to travel nationwide as required.
