WHAT YOU WILL OWN:
Lead Communication Plan & Content Plan development aligned with client briefs and proposals.
Translate strategy into a clear execution system: channel roles, content pillars, formats, timeline, and asset lists.
Run & manage execution with discipline: scope, timing, and quality across multiple projects.
Work with vendors/partners to produce high-quality content; take full responsibility for visual + copy quality control.
Be the connector across Creative, Account, Planning, and KOL team to ensure plans stay aligned.

You're social-native that has strong social planning & production management.
Have sharp judgment, know how to brief creators/vendors so they deliver the right output.
You can spot weak content and fix it with a clear direction.

You're hungry: you learn trends fast and hold yourself to high standards.
BASIC REQUIREMENTS:
Have 2+ years agency experience in social management/content planning/production.
Good English, strong communication.
Multitasking, ownership mindset, always learning.
