Mô tả công việc
Process fluently the day-to-day Import, Export, and Guarantee transactions at Checker/ Approver level. This includes:
- Call-back confirmations and customer signature verification
- Document checking complied with laws/rules/international practice
- System input and transaction processing
- AML/TBML checks and required screening
- Monitoring and following up on pending/overdue items
- Guiding customers on required applications, supporting documents, product workflows
- Ensure all daily processing complies with internal policies/procedures and applicable external regulations.
- Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure smooth and timely operations.
- Participate in building project/ develop new product
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Team Head/ Department Head
Yêu cầu
- Bachelor's degree in Banking, Economics, or Finance.
- At least 10 years of experience in Trade Finance and Guarantees.
- Strong working knowledge of Trade Finance and Guarantee transactions and related risk/compliance requirements.
- Ability to handle a wide range of Trade Finance and Guarantee products independently.
- Familiar with banking payment and messaging systems such as SWIFT, VCB Money, and CITAD.
- Strong communication skills and solid computer literacy.
- Problem solving skill, time management skill
- Able to work under pressure and willing to work overtime when required.
- English proficiency is an advantage.
- CDCS certification is required.
- CSDG certification is a plus.
