60% Recruitment:
Responsible for the full cycle of search and recruitment activities, including advertising, screening, interviewing, recommendations to successful placements, making sure fit with company requirements about quality and quantity.
Headcount/month: -30-40 full-time staff for stores (sales, cashier, visual
merchandiser,...)
Arrange and follow up regular interview schedules with the Brands Operation Team and candidates.
Propose salary range based on experience/ performance for various positions
Manage job offers and onboarding for newcomers
Other tasks assigned by the Supervisor
30% Implementing the Employment Support:
Guiding new employees to submit personal documents as prescribed
Guidelines for the integration of new employees (rules, policies, regulations ...)
10% Recruitment sources:
Manage and develop a candidate database, track potential candidates for future vacancies
Develop and maintain suitable sources for the Employee's Job Description
Update information about the market situation, recruitment, and the recruitment program proposed to improve the efficiency of recruitment
