University graduate majoring in Human Resources or other related fields.
Detailed, dynamic, patient and dedicated.
Able to work under high pressure, with a sense of responsibility.
Able to communicate in English.
Good organizational skills.
Proficient in using office computer applications.
At least 2 - 3 years of experience in recruitment in the fields of finance, banking, insurance, and securities.
