JOB DESCRIPTION
Receive, analyze, and process recruitment requests from business units, ensuring recruitment activities are implemented in line with the Company's recruitment plans, processes, and policies.
Develop recruitment plans and manage the end-to-end recruitment process for assigned positions, from candidate sourcing and screening to offer and onboarding coordination.
Proactively source, build, and develop candidate pipelines through various recruitment channels, networking, headhunting, and other Talent Acquisition activities.
Conduct candidate screening, interviews, assessments, and recommendations; work closely with Hiring Managers throughout the selection and recruitment process.
Participate in developing and improving recruitment tools, assessment criteria, and candidate evaluation methods to enhance recruitment quality.
Participate in implementing Employer Branding and Talent Attraction activities to strengthen the Company's employer image and recruitment brand.
Prepare monthly recruitment reports, including recruitment progress, hiring results, key recruitment metrics, data analysis, and ad-hoc reports as required by management.
Analyze the effectiveness of recruitment channels, recruitment costs, candidate quality, and recruitment performance; provide recommendations to improve hiring effectiveness and optimize recruitment costs.
Participate in developing, reviewing, and updating recruitment processes, policies, regulations, guidelines, and related templates, ensuring alignment with the Company's business operations and recruitment requirements.
Collaborate with relevant business units and departments on workforce planning, recruitment status updates, and resolving issues arising throughout the recruitment process.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment data and talent pools to support effective recruitment planning and reporting.
Perform other duties as assigned by the line manager.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields.
At least 3 years of experience in Recruitment/Talent Acquisition.
Candidates with recruitment experience in Banking, Finance, Consumer Finance, or other financial institutions are highly preferred.
Experience in recruiting for a wide range of positions, preferably professional, specialist, middle-management, and senior-level roles.
Proven experience in recruitment reporting, data management, and recruitment metrics analysis, including the ability to prepare monthly recruitment reports.
Experience in developing, reviewing, and improving recruitment processes, policies, regulations, guidelines, and related templates.
Strong candidate sourcing and attraction skills through multiple recruitment channels, with the ability to proactively build and maintain talent pipelines.
Strong interviewing, candidate assessment, and selection skills.
Good planning, time management, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively with Hiring Managers and relevant departments.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other tools for recruitment data management, analysis, and reporting.
Good command of English, with the ability to communicate, read documents, and discuss work-related matters in English.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proactive and responsible approach to work.
Ability to work independently and effectively in a fast-paced and target-driven recruitment environment.
