1. GT Channel Strategy & Planning:
Develop GT channel annual plan (short term and long term plan): coverage expansion targets, trade investment strategy, ROI by zone/region
Design trade programs for GT outlets: sell-in incentives, display programs, off-take rebates and support trade
marketing manager in building tactical programs by category.
Route-to-market planning with Sales and distributor teams; prioritize high-potential sub-channels
Identify priority GT segments: independent pharmacies, mini-marts, cosmetic specialty shops
Develop GT POSM plan per campaign: brief VM Lead on GT store format requirements and visual direction, align on production timeline and material specs
Coordinate GT POSM deployment with VM Lead: plan installation by zone/distributor, monitor compliance, and report coverage rate per campaign
2. GT Trade Program Management:
Design and execute trade incentive programs for GT distributors and outlets
Calculate and track trade spend ROI per program; optimize investment allocation by zone
Monitor distributor sell-through to avoid OOS or overstock
Conduct regular field visits to assess program compliance at GT outlet level
3. Budget Management & Reporting:
Manage GT trade investment spend vs allocated budget: track monthly actuals, reforecast when needed
Monthly GT channel report: coverage map, off-take trend, numeric distribution growth
Competitor mapping in GT: pricing moves, trade activities, new entrants
Requirements:
Education: Bachelor's degree in economics, Business Administration, Marketing, International Business or Related fields.
Experience: at least 2-4 years of experience in a similar
Trade marketing position within large-scale FMCG companies.
Professional Knowledge & Skills: Good knowledge of business, Marketing and Trade Marketing. Understanding of finance, understanding of distribution channels/FMCG industry. Communication skills, Negotiation skills, Decision-making skills, Problem-solving skills
Experience in the Beauty and FMCG industries is a plus
