1. Main purpose of the position:
Deliver market development studies through Trade Program monitoring & development
In charge of data analysis, market research to turn insights to proposal, effective investment program
Prepare presentation and communication materials for management decision support.
2. Job responsibilities:
Design, develop and roll out Trade Programs (Loyalty & Display schemes)
Program day-to-day operation, making sure routine and guidelines are communicated and followed
Conduct market research, analyze data, prepare reports, proposals for decision making
Control Trade Display Program including managing operation team, auditing results, preparing relevant documents such as toolkit or agreements
Control and maximize budget spending
Other relevant tasks assigned
Yêu cầu
B.S/B.A Degree in Finance, Business, Marketing or related field required
5+ years in field and retail sales experience in the beverage industry or other consumer product with 3+ years at same position, experience in beer/ alcoholic industry is a plus
Experience in leading a team is preferable
Fluent in both English and Vietnamese communication
Advanced computer software proficiency (word, excel, outlook, PowerPoint)
Effective communication, administrative, and interpersonal skills
High level of expertise in analyzing information and making data-based recommendations
Have focused, detailed and disciplined approach to tasks
Ability to prioritize and strong organization skills
Ability to work in collaboration with multiple stakeholders (Internal & External)
Ability to work and drive positive results in a fast-paced, team environment
Strong numerical, analytical, verbal and technical skill base - particularly negotiation & selling
