Main purpose of the position
• Deliver market development studies through Trade Program monitoring & development
• In charge of data analysis, market research to turn insights to proposals, effective investment program
• Prepare presentation and communication materials for management decision support.
Job Responsibilities
• Design, develop, and roll out Trade Programs (Loyalty & Display schemes)
• Program day-to-day operation, making sure routine and guidelines are communicated and followed
• Conduct market research, analyze data, and prepare reports, and proposals for decision-making.
• Control Trade Display Program including managing the operation team, auditing results, and preparing relevant documents such as toolkits or agreements.
• Control and maximize budget spending
• Other relevant tasks assigned
Yêu cầu
Personal qualifications/competencies
• 5+ years in the field and retail sales experience in the beverage industry or other consumer product with 3+ years in same position, experience in beer/ alcoholic industry is a plus
• Experience in leading a team is preferable
• Fluent in both English and Vietnamese communication
• Advanced computer software proficiency (word, excel, outlook, PowerPoint
• Effective communication, administrative, and interpersonal skills
• High level of expertise in analyzing information and making data-based recommendations
• Have focused, detailed and disciplined approach to tasks
• Ability to prioritize and strong organization skills
• Ability to work in collaboration with multiple stakeholders (Internal & External)
• Ability to work and drive positive results in a fast-paced, team environment
• Strong numerical, analytical, verbal and technical skill base - particularly negotiation & selling
