Job Summary
The Service Integrity Executive is responsible for monitoring service quality, ensuring operational compliance, identifying service failures, and coordinating corrective actions to maintain high customer satisfaction and operational efficiency. The role works closely with operations, customer service to ensure service commitments are met consistently.
Key Responsibilities
Service Monitoring & Compliance
Monitor daily operational performance and service delivery.
Ensure all services comply with company SOPs, and customer requirements.
Identify operational gaps, service failures, and process deviations.
Maintain service quality standards across all operations.
Incident & Issue Management
Investigate service issues, delays, customer complaints, and operational discrepancies.
Coordinate with relevant departments to resolve issues promptly.
Follow up corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
Escalate critical operational risks when necessary.
Support implementation of new operational processes and compliance initiatives.
Assist in SOP updates and process standardization.
Reporting & Data Analysis
Analyze trends and recommend process improvements.
Maintain issue logs and service tracking records.
Stakeholder Coordination
Liaise with internal teams and customers regarding service quality matters.
Support cross-functional communication to improve operational efficiency.
Yêu cầu
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field.
1-2 years of experience in operations, logistics, customer service, or service quality control.
Experience in freight forwarding or supply chain industry is an advantage.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Good communication and coordination abilities.
Attention to detail and process-oriented mindset.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools.
Good command of English, both written and spoken.
