Lotte Shopping Plaza Vietnam is a part of LOTTE Group, focus on high-end shopping mall in Vietnam. Now we are in need of recruiting for our Leasing Team, in charge of Lotte Department Store in Ba Dinh District, Hanoi.
Working in our Team, you have the chances to improve your skills, co-operate with famous international brands while broaden your mindset in retail field.
Working time: 08.30 AM - 5.30 PM, Mon - Fri
Location: Lotte Center, Ba Dinh, Hanoi
1. Leasing (60%)
- Maintain good relationships and support current tenants list
- Build and discuss with tenants about T&C policy
- Proceed extension or termination of Tenancy Agreement with tenants on expiry date, inform tenants of termination procedures and deposit return
- Update changes in information of tenant during lease period to make amendment annex
2. Market Research (40%)
- Work with managers to evaluate efficiency of concepts in Lotte Department Store, thereby make changes to more appropriate concepts.
- Supervise and keep track with changes of market to build potential and trendy vendor list in categories
- Actively contact potential tenants
Yêu cầu
REQUIREMENTS:
1. Bachelor degree, any majors
2. 2- 3 years working experience is preferred: Retail, Leasing, Sales,...
3. Good verbal and written communication in English and Vietnamese.
4. Hard-working, good team-work and communication skills.
5. Proficient in MS skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
