JOB DESCRIPTION
- Work directly with customers: receive briefs, consult on services and prepare quotes/strategic proposals. Responsible for social marketing, public relations, and/or customer service
- Build & develop strong relationships with clients & act as the main point of contact between client & agency.
- Plan, quote and manage project progress.
- Coordinate the implementation of communication campaigns (social, KOLs, digital...) and propose optimal directions.
- Identify and select suitable KOLs based on brand briefs and campaign objectives. Work directly with KOLs to ensure projects are on schedule
- Prepare documents, reports and measure project effectiveness.
- Other tasks assigned by the leader
Yêu cầu
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's degree with 1-2 years of experience in the communications or marketing industry.
- Solid understanding of
digital marketing, social media, IMC; trend-sensitive and regularly updated with new insights.
- Strong communication, project management, and problem-solving skills.
