About the Role:
As a Spa Ambassador, you will host and foster an atmosphere of calm and relaxation, ensuring our guests have a rejuvenating and memorable experience. Your responsibilities will include:
Scheduling Treatments: Coordinate and schedule spa treatments, whether it's a deluxe spa package or an individual service.
Guest Registration: Welcome guests, handle their registration, and ensure all necessary forms are completed.
Payment Processing: Process various forms of payment, including room charges, credit cards, and cash.
Reservations Management: Manage spa reservations, ensuring all bookings are accurately recorded and confirmed.
Product and Treatment Recommendations: Provide personalized product and treatment recommendations to enhance the guest experience.
Promoting Wellness: Serve as the final point of contact for guests, promoting wellness and ensuring they leave feeling relaxed and rejuvenated.
