Run the Store - Oversee daily operations and make sure everything runs smoothly.
Drive Sales - Engage with customers, build relationships and create opportunities to grow sales.
Know the Products - Learn the portfolio and confidently recommend products based on customer needs.
Lead the Team - Support, coach and motivate the team to deliver great service.
Manage the Store - Keep inventory, displays and store standards in good shape.
Create Experiences - Support tastings, events and activities that bring customers closer to the brand.

Yêu cầu
2+ years of experience in retail, hospitality, sales or customer-facing roles.
Previous store management or supervisory experience is a plus.
Strong sales, customer service and communication skills.
Responsible, organized and comfortable taking ownership.
Able to lead and motivate a small team.
Genuine interest in wine, food and hospitality; product knowledge is a plus, but willingness to learn is essential.
Good English communication skills; Vietnamese preferred.
Comfortable with POS systems and flexible working hours, including weekends and holidays.
Previous store management or supervisory experience is a plus.
