* ROLE OVERVIEW
- To lead and optimize our end-to-end supply chain operations.
- To be a strategic thinker with a proven track record of effectively managing procurement, logistics, and inventory processes.
- To play a crucial role in enhancing efficiency, reducing costs, and ensuring seamless coordination across the supply chain.
* JOB DESCRIPTION
1. PROCUMENT AND SOURCING
- Oversee procurement activities, including vendor selection, negotiation, and contract management.
- Optimize sourcing strategies to ensure a balance between cost, quality, and lead time.
2. MATERIAL MANAGEMENT
- Control material order process including forecast, plan order, consumable stock
- Utilize technology and best practices for efficient inventory management.
3. PRODUCTION SCHEDULING AND COORDINATION
- Oversee the development and execution of production schedules that align with demand forecasts and overall business objectives
- Coordinate with production team to optimize resource allocation and maintain production efficiency
4. LOGISTICS MANAGEMENT
- Manage and enhance logistics operations, including transportation, delivery domestic and oversea
5. WAREHOUSE CONTROL
- Develop and implement strategies for efficient inventory management, balancing production needs with carrying costs.
- Utilize technology and data analytics to optimize inventory levels and prevent stockouts or overstock situations.
- Overview to ensure warehouse layout have maximize space utilization and support streamlines.
- Overview and maintain safety requirement, 6S
Yêu cầu
* Trình độ học vấn/ Education
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Managements, or related field
* Kinh nghiệm/ Experience
- Previous experience as a supply chain manager or in a similar field
- Experience in implementing and optimizing ERP systems
- Experience in production scheduling, capacity planning, and supply chain management
- Manufacturing working environment preferred.
