Job Purpose
IT Collaboration Operator, with the main major is administering all domain policy of CAEX. They perform as administrator of CAEX policy management system, to make a clear rule for users in organization, to follow the Information Security, and avoid, reduce potential risk for the bank.
With the responsibility of managing user domain policy, IT Collaboration Operator also seek for the better solution, better system to manage overall the user of the bank, help them to have IT office support for working effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
Administer Microsoft Office 365 (O365) for CAEX users and manage user groups/domain policies.
Manage CAEX domain policies and internal web portal operations.
Build, operate, and improve procedures related to domain policy management.
Provide technical support for end users and ensure requests are handled within SLA.
Handle incidents and escalations related to user support and terminal systems.
Coordinate with related teams to troubleshoot incidents, restore services, and identify root causes.
Manage contracts, licenses, and service quality of vendors such as O365, Microsoft Azure, SCCM, etc.
Conduct technical training and technology transfer sessions periodically.
Manage and install IT devices at Regional Centers.
Prepare KRI reports and monitor anti-virus update status for CAEX workstations.
Evaluate and improve service quality based on periodic customer feedback and surveys.
Continuously improve user support services to ensure fast, accurate, and effective support.
Manage outsourcing vendors and monitor Symantec Endpoint Protection (SEP) installation and update status.

Yêu cầu
At least 1 year of experience in
IT support, vendor management, and procedure management.
Experience with PC, domain, LAN, WAN, ITIL, SCCM, servers, etc.
Strong organizational skills to ensure business requests delivered to IT are completed with good quality, on time, and within planned resources.
Good teamwork, communication, and negotiation skills.
Good Microsoft Office skills including Word and Excel.
Understanding of financial services business processes and constraints.
Knowledge of relational databases.
Nice to Have
Experience working with O365, Microsoft Azure, SCCM, or endpoint security systems.
Experience supporting enterprise user environments and managing outsourcing vendors.
