This position is responsible for supporting and handling of Data In-Put work that is assigned by the KWE Australia to work toward company strategic objectives.
Use "CARGOWISE" system to update and obtain the required information with high level of accuracy.
Follow up and track & trace the milestone of the shipment to update the system on time.
Monitor shipments with related teams and inform them in case trouble arises.
Support issues related to billing, postings, and operation as required.
Support for customer service, quotation, and RFQ Tender Management from KWE Australia.
Communicate via email with customers, suppliers, KWE Offices and various stakeholders as required.
Run various kinds of reports as needed
Other tasks as assigned.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc
► Education and experience:
Graduated from University with major in Logistics, International Business, English language or
other related fields.
Minimum 2-3 years of experience in the International Freight Forwarding industry for the position of operation or customer service.
"CARGOWISE" system experience is preferable.
► Required skills and abilities:
Proficient with Microsoft Office, ability to utilize office software efficiently especially excel.
Good typing and data entry skills are required.
Good verbal and written communication skills in both English and Vietnamese.
Good organizational skills and attention to detail, especially to numbers.
Good analytical skills and logical thinking.
Good time management skills, ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
Adaptability to work in cultural diversify environment.
Strong team player and able to work with remote teams.
A proactive and can - do attitude is required for daily workload.
► Working condition & Benefits:
Working Place : TTC Building, No. 19, Duy Tan Street, Cau Giay Dist, Hanoi City
Working time : 8:00 - 17:35 Mon-Fri (Close Sat & Sun) but sometimes have to work at the weekend and close weekdays.
Annual Leave: 12 days/ year (after probation time)
Net salary : Negotiable (13 months a year plus Tet bonus & Annual performance bonus)
Annual Salary Increase: once per year
