Mô tả công việc
In this business-critical role, being responsible for manage & control activities of First Mile - Last Mile in around country, the operations connects our owned business which serve our delivering between cities, provided by high performing third party logistics companies
- Work closely with 3PLs to ensure they follow up aligned Standard Operating Procedure (SOP).
- Keep track the KPI of 3PLs and report daily/ weekly/monthly/ yearly summary to 3PL Account Manager.
- Monitoring KPI of each 3PL with target both of SLA & SOP target
- Making the proposal to manage KPI of 3PL on daily basis
- Make sure date on Management System to be updated correctly and on time as SOP.
- Ensuring all customer/ seller complaints and tickets are solved within Service-level Agreement.
- Set up weekly/bi-weekly/ monthly meeting and visits to 3PLs to review their performance.
- Liaised with relevant parties for process continuous improvement.
- Being able to train & coach 3PL's relevant (drivers/messengers...) for a better improvement.
- Other tasks are assigned by line manager

Yêu cầu
- At least 2 years of working experience in
- Delivery/Transportation/Logistics, preferred in B2C logistics.
- Preferably Team Leader/Supervisors specializing in Logistic/Transportation or equivalent.
- Comfortable in interacting with multi levels
- Strong data analysis skills and knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- Good at managing operations
- Good written and verbal English and Vietnamese
- Strong leadership skill
- Self-started mentality, energetic, driven, proactive and hard working. Can-do mentality
